On May 29, MIM signed Memorandum of Understanding with “Health Platform” Civic Organization to start cooperation in public health reforms. The reform is one of the biggest challenges facing Ukrainian society.
MIM–authored case had been admitted for the Entrepreneurship in Central and Eastern Europe case collection which was released by the Routledge publishing house. The collection presents entrepreneurship in the different countries of the region.
The MIM Business School hosted Leaders Debate which covered compliance, one the hottest business topic in Ukraine. Experts discussed why to bother with complying with internal and external rules and regulations and whether it is worthwhile for business. The Compliance Debate was the part of the Business Integrity Week 2018.
The MIM Business School confirmed its AMBA accreditation and was awarded the accreditation certificate at the AMBA Global Conference. This April the team of AMBA reviewers came to MIM to assess its progress since the initial accreditation. Nearly 40 managers from all over Ukraine joined MIM’s PMD Marketing and PMD Management and Leadership programs this spring. The programs are targeting those experts in the related functions who want to master new approaches and techniques in their field, acquire skills needed for shaping the strategic vision and hone managerial skills. Learning how to deal with the people’s side of a business is another expected outcome of those programs.

SE MBA class 2018 is back from the South Africa where they participated in the two-week study tour provided by the Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS) and the University of Stellenbosch Business School (USB), MIM’s partners. The tour is aimed at learning more about doing business in dynamic and culturally diverse markets impacted by the political instability.

MIM’s 30 years of successful operations resulted in establishment of its Consulting Center. Olexiy Vynogradov, MIM’s Vice President said about MIM’s new consulting arm, “Alumni and faculty keep in touch with each other, ask for advice and discuss different cases. At certain point the requests got flowing in regularly. Si it was clear that we need peoples and knowledge systems to meet the demand”.
