MIM Business School hosted the master class on innovations delivered by Michael Hathorn from the Thunderbird Educator Network.

Michael discussed vision and strategy for actions, facilitated sharing knowledge and experience from peer professionals, demonstrated how to build the environment where innovations happen and talked about theory, tools, and practices. He also orchestrated the well-known spaghetti challenge which was not only fun but also gave the participants an opportunity to apply the instruments which were discussed.
