MIM-Kyiv alumni are noted for their modern outlook, diverse knowledge and leadership skills, which enable them to succeed in their activities in multicultural business environment. They easily adapt to quick changes in tough competition.

Today the alumni team numbers 4500 persons, where 1500 are MBA program alumni. They work in different spheres of national economy, Ukrainian and foreign companies, joint ventures, state institutions. MIM-Kyiv alumni are representatives of all regions of Ukraine, and some of them work abroad. Certain international and home companies regularly send their most prospective managers to get education at MIM-Kyiv. They also turn to MIM for assistance whenever they need to employ new managerial staff.

Ties between alumni and MIM never weaken even after the education is over. The Business school set up Alumni association and pogram Partnership for enterprise competitiveness, which unite like-minded people and provide them with the opportunity to discuss and realize new business ideas. Alumni cooperate with MIM-Kyiv as instructors and consultants. They participate in new programs and professional seminars, enhance and expand a network of personal business contacts.

Among new entrants who enroll in MIM every year more than 70% make their decision based on recommendations or follow the example of our alumni. Positive feedback of our alumni on their education at MIM not only reveals the content of programs but also highlights their importance in professional life of alumni.
