MIM-Kyiv is a leading graduate business school located in the capital city of Ukraine.

Our programs are designed to help professionals successfully cope with unique challenges of management and business in Ukraine.

MIM-Kyiv was established in 1989 as a joint venture between the International Management Institute (IMI-Geneva) and the Institute of Economy of the National Academy of Science in Ukraine.

It was MIM-Kyiv that first offered an MBA program based on international standards to the post-Soviet managers in 1990 has remained since then the leader of business education in the country.

On May 29, MIM signed Memorandum of Understanding with “Health Platform” Civic Organization to start cooperation in public health reforms. The reform is one of the biggest challenges facing Ukrainian society.

Last Saturday of June Mr. Tshepo Phakathi, the founder, and CEO of Phakathi Capital from South Africa visited MIM and delivered a guest lecture to SE MBA students.

MIM alumni were invited to visit one of the Vynakhidnyk (Inventor) Engineering Studio Chain. Ms. Oksana Stoyetyska, the founder hosted the visit.

MIM–authored case had been admitted for the Entrepreneurship in Central and Eastern Europe case collection which was released by the Routledge publishing house. The collection presents entrepreneurship in the different countries of the region.

The MIM Business School hosted Leaders Debate which covered compliance, one the hottest business topic in Ukraine. Experts discussed why to bother with complying with internal and external rules and regulations and whether it is worthwhile for business. The Compliance Debate was the part of the Business Integrity Week 2018.

The MIM Business School confirmed its AMBA accreditation and was awarded the accreditation certificate at the AMBA Global Conference.  This April the team of AMBA reviewers came to MIM to assess its progress since the initial accreditation. Not only had the team thoroughly analyzed all facets of MBA programs and their administration and delivery but also provided valuable advice and shared their experience.

Spring PMD season continues with the new Financial Management class. This time CFos and Chief Accountants from the regional, national, and international companies joint the class.

MIM has partnered with the Business Integrity Week 2018 (BIW), the event launched by Ukrainian Network of Integrity and Compliance together with UNDP Office in Ukraine. the event will be held on May – 14 – 18.

Prof. Iryna Tykhomyrova, MIM’s president was invited to sit on board of the Baltic Management Development Association (BMDA), an organization targeting the induction of the quality of management development in the Baltic region and beyond.
